Do all rose bushes grow those little berries that contain the seeds? If so when do they typically grow?

Would seeds harvested from roses in a cut floral bouquet grow? The roses in my bouquet were becoming brittle/dying; so, I pulled them out of the bouquet to use the petals.

Intresting, I think they need to be organic, ie, not being sprayed by chemicals but I don’t see why they shouldn’t grow, tell me how it goes, thanks 🙂

Someone just told me I could grow roses from seed:) that’s how I found you. Loved the Video. I just need to know one thing. Can I collect the rose hips as soon as the rose is finished blooming ( like when dead heading) Or do I need to wait until summer ends?

I just purchased 5 rose seeds that are supposed to produce a blue rose. The packet just said I should cold stratify for 12 weeks..I placed the seeds in soil and placed in the refrigerator in a covered container with clear lid.Should I just have left the seeds in the bag for the 12 week cold stratification process? They are too tiny to remove from the soil. What should I do?Thank you.I am in US zone 7, hot summers, mild winters.Thank you for any advice.Love your video’s,very helpful.

thanks for this video! I live in Scotland and now in August there are lots of rosehips around, just went out to collect some and decided to get into You Tube to see what to do with the seeds and the rose-hip. Thanks for this video!!! I was going to throw the seeds away! Not now not ever!
